Service Agreement

This agreement is between Tyce's Clean (the "Contractor") and (the "Client"). The Client is hiring the company for professional cleaning services accepted by the Client via estimate proposal sent by Tyce's Clean. This Service Agreement serves its purpose to ensure complete understanding of what to expect of both the Contractor and the Client. Background

The Client is of the opinion that the Contractor has the necessary qualifications, experience and abilities to provide cleaning services to the client.

The Contractor is agreeing to providing such cleaning services to the Client on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.


IN CONSIDERATION OF the matters described above and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this Agreement, the receipt and sufficiency of which consideration is hereby acknowledged, the Client and the Contractor (individually the "Party" and collectively the "Parties" to this Agreement) agree as follows:

The Client hereby agrees to pay the Contractor to provide the Client with the designated services provided in the estimate proposal. At the Client's provided address, scheduled date the suit's both parties and time.

In the event that either Party wishes to terminate this Agreement prior to the completion of the Services, that Party will be required to provide two days' written notice to the other Party.


COMPENSATION

The Contractor will charge the Client for the Services at the rate of $50.00 per hour per person (the "Compensation") with a minimum of three hours.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required by the Client upon execution of this Agreement.

For the remaining amount, the Client will be invoiced when the Services are complete.

Invoices submitted by the Contractor to the Client are due upon receipt.

Client is to pay the quoted price at the completion of services unless more work is discovered during the walkthrough.


PAYMENT METHODS

Payment will be made via Direct Deposit, Cash, Credit/Debit card (*3% processing fee will be added to the final invoice), Apple Pay, CashApp, ACH, or Zelle. Checks are not accepted


RESCHEDULING

Please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours cannot be accommodated. If you need to reschedule after the 48-hour window, you will need to pay another non-refundable deposit.


CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel on the day of the cleaning, an additional 50% fee will be charged, totaling 75% of the scheduled cleaning cost. Refund Policy: No monetary refunds are provided. Final Inspection: All cleanings must be inspected before our team leaves the premises. We do not offer re-cleaning services. By booking with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Interest payable on any overdue amounts under this Agreement is charged at a rate of 10.00% per annum or at the maximum rate enforceable under applicable legislation.


RETURN OF PROPERTY

Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement, the Contractor will return to the Client any property, documentation, records, or confidential information which is the property of the Client.


EQUIPMENT

Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Contractor will provide at the Contractor's own expense, any and all equipment, accessories, chemicals, solvents, cleaning fluids, workwear and any other supplies necessary to deliver the Services in accordance with the Agreement. Unless the Client would like to provide their own materials.


INDEMNIFICATION

Except to the extent paid in settlement from any applicable insurance policies, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, each Party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other Party, and its respective directors, shareholders, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and permitted successors and assigns against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, punitive damages, expenses, reasonable legal fees and costs of any kind or amount whatsoever, which result from or arise out of any act or omission of the indemnifying party, its respective directors, shareholders, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and permitted successors and assigns that occurs in connection with this Agreement. This indemnification will survive the termination of this Agreement.

MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENT

Any amendment or modification of this Agreement or additional obligation assumed by either Party in connection with this Agreement will only be binding if evidenced in writing signed by each Party or an authorized representative of each Party.


GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.


SEVERABILITY

In the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, all other provisions will nevertheless continue to be valid and enforceable with the invalid or unenforceable parts severed from the remainder.
